ABOUT BLUFFTON RUSH SC

Blluffton Rush SC was founded in 2020. BRSC is one of the youngest and fastest growing youth soccer clubs in the Low Country. We offer programs for boys and girls ages 7-19 as well as camps and clinics throughout the year. BRSC strives not only to provide all of our players every opportunity to develop as a young athlete, but also to teach those life lessons best taught through sports.  Our players’ growth, welfare and enjoyment of the game is a priority in every decision we make.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

BRSC is always seeking qualified coaches to assist in the development of players. Coaches come under the direction of BRSC Technical Director, Mike Haughton. Our coaches are highly valued and work in a collaborative environment to develop and implement age-appropriate curricula, programming and long-term development of all our players.

REQUIREMENTS

BRSC adheres to those requirements observed by South Carolina Youth Soccer ("SCYS"). All of our coaches must possess the minimum US Soccer coaching licensure to be considered for our Coaching Staff. They must also demonstrate...

• A commitment to the BRSC player development philosophy;
• An ability to conduct productive and age-appropriate training sessions;
• A collaborative approach to the workplace. Our coaches work closely together, support each other, and share experiences, ideas. and questions; and
• A passion for the game and the development of youth players.

As with all youth soccer coaches, candidates must pass a criminal background check and be certified by the US Center for SafeSport. All candidates will be interviewed and perhaps asked to conduct a session in the age group to which they are likely to be assigned.
